UT&E provides employers with an assortment of testing options to assess job candidates:
We offer employers an objective measurement of job applicants’ knowledge, skills and abilities. These assessments provide an impartial and accurate means to compare different applicants to each other and to the requirements of the job.
Post your job opening at the One-Stop Center. Your job opening is posted in notebooks located in our front reception area and our web page. The notebook is open to the general public and people can take a description of whichever position they are interested in. Secondly, UT&E staff can make direct referrals. They specialize in working with job seekers in a variety of ways, from career counseling and job market information to skill assessments and financial aid for job training.
This job posting service is at no cost or obligation to you or the individuals we refer. It is a community service that we feel is an important part of our goal in promoting the economic well being of this County and all its citizens.
UT&E has space available for meetings, assessments and interviews with group sizes of up to 25 people.
